What is my bill cycle?
This is the 30 day service period based on the payment cycle your account is assigned to. We have 4 bill cycles as follows:
Our bill cycles are advanced billed. This means that bills are generated at the start of the service period and become due the 27th day of said service period. E.g. Week 1 bills are generated and sent to customers between 1st and 5th. That bill becomes due the 27th.
How do I know what bill cycle my account is assigned to?
The invoice sent by mail outlines the service period as well as the bill due date.
If my payment is not made on the due date, will my service be disrupted?
No, all customers are given a mandatory 7 day grace period. This grace period starts one day after the bill becomes due. Using the example above, for a bill due 27th the grace period begins 28th and runs for 7 days. The account is then barred on the 8th day after the due date if payment is not received.
Do I have to call to request that grace period?
No, it is automatically applied.
Am I charged a late fee during the grace period?
Yes, once the payment is not received by the last day of the service period the payment is deemed late and a late fee of $250 will be applied to the account.
