To request an extension via the IVR, there are certain criteria that have to be met:
- The account must be barred
- There should be no outstanding balance from a previous invoice
- No discretionary re-connection should have been applied for the current service period
Step 1. Dial 145 from a Digicel mobile/home phone
Step 2. Select 2 to be directed to Digicel Home & Entertainment when prompted to do so.
Step 3. Select option 1 for assist with H&E
Step 4. Enter the last 6 digits of the account number or the 10-digits of the mobile number associated with account (if not calling from the number on the account)
Step 5. After the last payment information, you will be presented with the option to request a temporary re-connection. Press 1.
Step 6. If successful, the operator will communicate same. If unsuccessful, the call will be transferred to an agent who will be able to assist further.
N.B. If the account is not barred, the option for the Temporary reconnection will not be presented.
